Changelog

Guided Onboarding

New accounts now start with a short guided setup. Tell Jam about your product once and it researches your company in the background while you finish the rest of onboarding, so your first conversation already knows who you are and what you sell.

Set up your workspace and invite your team right from the setup flow, or skip team invites entirely if you're working solo. Every step is optional, and a clear Skip control drops you straight into the product whenever you're ready.

A Faster Chat

Chat is noticeably quicker. Read-only questions, the kind where you're asking Jam to look something up rather than take an action, now take a dedicated fast path that skips the heavier agent machinery and answers right away.

Drafts are steadier too. Your draft status now survives navigating away and back, duplicate drafts are no longer created when a request retries, and a background safety net automatically recovers any draft left stuck mid-send. A handful of inbox and dashboard glitches were cleaned up along the way.

Send Straight From Gmail

Connecting Gmail is now a single click through Google's own sign-in. No app passwords, no manual setup.

Once connected, you can send from any of your send-as aliases and add cc and bcc to any message, in chat or in a campaign. Jam discovers your aliases automatically and lets you pick which one to send from.

Sending volume ramps up gradually to protect your deliverability. If you'd rather not warm up, turning it off lifts your daily cap straight to your provider's maximum.

Find Anyone

Ask Jam to find a specific person and it returns their contact details enriched with company, title, and email confidence. Search LinkedIn the same way you'd search anywhere else in Jam.

Need a list instead of one name? Bulk lead generation pulls hundreds of matching contacts in a single request, with a clear cap and a confirmation step before it runs.

Before any outreach goes out, a verification gate checks each address and holds back anything unverified, so your campaigns don't burn sender reputation on bad emails.

Chat That Picks Up Where You Left Off

Long agent runs now execute on a durable background worker. You can navigate to another page, reload the tab, or close it entirely and come back to find your conversation right where it was, still streaming.

Every chat now has a Stop button. Hit it and Jam halts the task cleanly, even in the middle of a tool call, so you never have to wait out a response you no longer want.

Articles That Get Cited

The SEO and GEO article engine was rebuilt around a multi-stage quality pipeline. Jam drafts a structured outline first, writes against it, then runs the result through a prose linter and a second model that critiques and tightens the writing before anything ships.

Articles are written in your voice, grounded in real facts about your product, and published with the structured data (Organization, Person, WebSite, and more) that search engines and AI assistants rely on to cite sources.

Each run also builds on the last. Jam remembers what it has already published for you and uses that history to fill gaps instead of repeating itself.

May 6, 2026

Multiple Sending Inboxes

You can now connect more than one sending inbox and assign several to a single campaign. Jam rotates outbound mail across them round-robin, spreading volume so no single inbox carries the whole load.

Each inbox warms up on its own provider-aware ramp, and sends respect timezone-aware send windows so your emails land during your recipient's working hours, not the middle of their night.

May 4, 2026

A Real Inbox

Jam now has a full inbox built in. Replies to your campaigns arrive in a threaded reader, with separate views for Sent and Drafts and a clean three-panel layout.

Reply and forward without leaving Jam. The inbox updates in real time as new messages come in, and every outbound send is mirrored straight into your Sent folder.

Apr 30, 2026

Smarter Email Drafts

Email drafts got a serious upgrade. Start from a template, regenerate any single draft you do not love, and let Jam match your voice from emails you have already sent.

Personalization is rooted in real facts rather than invented details, and a built-in deliverability check flags spammy phrasing before you send. Review a whole batch at once, then approve and send in bulk.

Want to change something? Just ask in chat. Jam edits the drafts in place, no dialog required.

Apr 29, 2026

Teams and Shared Workspaces

Jam is now built around workspaces. Create one, invite teammates with a shareable link, and everyone works from the same campaigns, drafts, contacts, and memory.

Assign roles, transfer ownership, or leave a workspace at any time. Billing and seats are managed per workspace, so adding a teammate is a single step.

Apr 28, 2026

Credits and Simpler Pricing

Usage now runs on a single credit meter. Every chat turn and every tool call shows its cost inline, so you always know what something took before you run it again.

A new usage dashboard breaks down where your credits go over time. Pricing moved to a clean per-seat model with monthly and yearly options, and yearly plans roll over unused credits instead of losing them.

Apr 24, 2026

Talk to Jam Anywhere

Jam now lives wherever you already chat. Message it from Slack, Discord, iMessage, Telegram, or WhatsApp and you get the same agent with the same tools you have on the web.

Conversations feel native to each platform, with typing indicators while Jam works and a reaction trail that shows progress from thinking to writing to done. When a task needs your approval, Jam links you straight back to the right screen.

Apr 21, 2026

Approvals and Self-Healing Workflows

You decide how much oversight each workflow needs. Choose to approve every run, only the first, or never, or have Jam notify you and wait before doing anything sensitive.

Approvals happen inline in chat or from a signed link in your email, so you can sign off from your phone without opening Jam. And when a workflow step fails, Jam now tries to diagnose and retry it on its own before giving up.

Apr 16, 2026

Connect Any Tool, Build Any Agent

A new integrations area lets you connect hundreds of apps in a few clicks. Bring your own custom MCP server and its tools show up in chat alongside everything else.

You can also save your own recipes. Capture a sequence you run often as a reusable skill, and Jam can run it on demand or on a schedule, the same way it runs its built-in playbooks.

Apr 11, 2026

A Redesigned Workspace

The whole app moved to a two-panel layout: a slim navigation rail next to a focused chat sidebar, so your conversations and your tools are both one click away.

Workflows got an interactive editor. Drag nodes from a palette, wire them together, and edit any node's settings in a side panel. When Jam builds a workflow for you, you now watch the graph assemble live on the canvas.

40+ Social Media Integrations

Jam now connects to LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook through a single integration layer. Over 40 tools across 7 platforms, all available directly in chat. Ask Jam to search any platform and results come back with engagement metrics, author details, and direct links.

Find creators and influencers across every major platform. Search by niche, follower count, or content topic on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Each result includes profile stats so you can evaluate fit without leaving the conversation.

Pull company profiles, page posts, reviews, and follower lists from LinkedIn and Facebook. Dig into individual tweets, comments, quotes, and retweets on Twitter. Browse subreddit posts and comments on Reddit. All of it rendered in clean, purpose-built cards right in the chat.

Track trending topics on Twitter and monitor the latest news across any industry. Search forums and news sources for brand mentions, competitor activity, or market shifts. Every result links back to the original source.

AI Primitives: Search, Code, Charts, Documents

Jam can now search the web in real time. Ask about competitors, industry trends, or tool comparisons and get results with sources pulled from live search. No more relying on stale training data for questions that need current answers.

Run Python code directly in chat. Data analysis, calculations, visualizations. Jam spins up a secure sandbox, executes the code, and returns the output with syntax-highlighted source. If the code generates a chart with matplotlib, the image shows up inline.

Ask for a chart and Jam builds an interactive one right in the conversation. Bar, line, pie, area, and scatter charts from any data you provide or that Jam generates. Ask for a spreadsheet and you get an editable CSV you can download or paste into Google Sheets.

Need a document? Jam generates PDF reports, DOCX proposals, and Markdown documents on demand. Each one is formatted, downloadable, and rendered as a preview in chat so you can review before saving.

Apr 3, 2026

Smarter Social Monitoring

Social monitors across Reddit and Twitter now surface people who are actually looking for what you sell. The keyword engine generates sharper search terms, so you spend less time sifting through irrelevant posts and more time engaging with real prospects.

Posts loaded with hashtag spam, fake engagement, or blatant self-promotion get filtered out automatically. What lands in your feed are real conversations from real people. This applies to both workflow monitors and the direct search tool in chat.

You don't need to change anything on your end. Existing social monitoring workflows will immediately start returning cleaner, more relevant matches.

Apr 2, 2026

AI Citations and GEO

Jam now helps you show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. This is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and it's built into the platform alongside traditional SEO.

Instead of running separate workflows for search rankings and AI citations, you get a single workflow that covers both. The SEO agent audits your site for citability, identifies where you're missing from AI search results, and generates content that ranks on Google and gets cited by LLMs. Less setup, better coverage.

Each campaign now runs one focused workflow instead of multiple overlapping ones. If you try to start a second workflow of the same type, a conflict dialog appears immediately so you can decide whether to replace or keep the existing one.

Mar 31, 2026

UGC Slideshow Engine

The slideshow engine has been rebuilt from scratch. You can now generate carousel-style content for TikTok reliably, every time. Pick from listicles, before/after comparisons, or story arcs depending on what fits your product. Each format is optimized for engagement on short-form video platforms.

Captions display properly regardless of screen size or platform, so your content looks polished from the start. No more cut-off text or broken formatting in the final output.

Mar 30, 2026

Notification System Overhaul

Every notification type now has its own format. Lead alerts look different from workflow completions, which look different from weekly summaries. You can scan them at a glance across Slack, Discord, and email.

You can link your Discord server through a simple OAuth flow. No bot tokens, no manual setup. Just click connect, pick your channel, and you're done. Slack webhooks auto-sync on connect too.

Set quiet hours when you don't want to be pinged. Outside those hours, notifications batch intelligently so you get a digest instead of a flood. Each summary includes quick actions so you can approve or review directly from the notification without opening Jam.

Mar 29, 2026

Workflow Scheduling

Set any workflow to run automatically. Social monitoring every few hours, SEO content weekly, outreach on a custom cadence. You pick the schedule and Jam handles the rest.

The workflow UI now shows upcoming scheduled runs and the results of past executions. No guessing about whether something ran or when it will run next. If a scheduled workflow fails, you'll know right away instead of discovering it days later. The notification includes what went wrong and a link to rerun it.

Mar 28, 2026

GEO Progression Loop

Jam now tracks your baseline visibility across AI search engines, identifies gaps in your coverage, generates content to fill those gaps, then measures the improvement. It's a continuous loop that runs on its own with automatic scheduling.

The setup flow happens entirely in chat. Tell Jam what you want to rank for and it handles the rest. No complicated configuration screens. Just describe your goals in conversation and the progression loop starts working.

A progression dashboard shows your AI citation trajectory over time. Weekly digests land in your inbox with what improved, what needs attention, and what Jam is working on next. You can pause, resume, or adjust the schedule at any time.

Mar 27, 2026

New Dashboard

The redesigned home screen surfaces your key metrics with sparklines so you can spot trends instantly. Active campaigns, email reply rates, citation counts. No more clicking through multiple pages to understand how things are going.

When you talk to Jam, it now has context across everything you're running. Ask about any campaign, compare results, or get recommendations without switching views. Jam also picks up on what product you're talking about from your messages, so you don't need to manually select a product before every conversation.

Mar 7, 2026

Contacts, CSV Import, and Export

Import contacts from any CSV file by dragging it into Jam. Column mapping happens automatically, so you don't need to reformat your spreadsheet first. You can also ask Jam to export any list of contacts and you'll get a downloadable file, filtered by campaign, tag, or any criteria you want.

Bulk enrichment fills in missing details like company, title, and social profiles. Enriched contacts flow directly into your email campaigns, so you go from a raw list to personalized outreach in minutes.

Mar 1, 2026

Live Workflow Builder

When Jam creates a workflow, you now see nodes appear one by one on the canvas in real time. You can follow along as the plan takes shape instead of waiting for a finished result.

Workflows are built from tested recipes for each use case. Whether it's SEO content, social monitoring, or cold outreach, the structure is proven to work. And once a workflow is built, you can click into any node to change its configuration. Adjust targeting, rewrite prompts, or swap out steps without rebuilding from scratch.

Feb 28, 2026

Clarifying Questions

Instead of guessing what you want, Jam now asks targeted questions before building a workflow. Questions appear as multi-select chips, one at a time, with a step indicator showing progress. The result is a workflow that's tailored to your product and audience from the start.

Each workflow type has its own question set. Email outreach asks about target audience and sender identity. SEO asks about your site URL and keyword themes. Social monitoring asks about topics and platforms. If you already mentioned something in an earlier message, Jam won't ask again.

Reliable Workflow Execution

Every step of every workflow is now tracked and saved as it runs. If something interrupts a run, your progress is preserved. No more starting over from scratch.

You can see exactly what happened at each step, including inputs, outputs, and timing. If a workflow fails partway through, you can pick it back up from the last successful step instead of rerunning the entire thing.
