We keep this open because the best hires at small companies almost never come through a matching job posting. Someone shows up with an unusual angle, sees a problem we did not know we had, and quietly makes it their job. If that is you, we want the pitch.

• Team player. Reads the room, picks up unglamorous work, ships for the group.
• An unusual angle. Something in your background makes you the only person who could pitch this exact role.
